📦 Can I Return My Order?

Yes! You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — whether it’s not the right fit, not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind.

✅ Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be included
• Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs
• Please use a tracked shipping method

💌 How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at contact@madisonandrose.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
3. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address

💳 Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunded to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

📸 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry if that happens — and we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damage or issue
• A photo of the shipping box and label
• Your order number and a short explanation

If confirmed, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on your preference.

❗ Important Notes:

• All returns must be approved via email before being sent back
• Items returned without approval may not be processed
• Items must be in original condition to be refunded
• Sale items are eligible for return unless stated otherwise on the product page
• Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, or damage will not be refunded
